running as fast as possible.
Initial training will cover:
A comprehensive training week to teach you how to run all aspects of the
technology, operating systems, mobile applications and IT resources.
Operational training that includes how to manage home, office and concierge
bizzie box pick-up and delivery.
Marketing training to show you how to penetrate buildings, gated
communities, apartment complexes and parking garages.
Micro-marketing techniques and how best to gain new customers and build
Demographic information about your territory and how to use that
information to your advantage.
How to gain deeper penetration in current routes, leveraging an existing
customer base and retention systems.
Leveraging your existing local reputation, history and market awareness
when co-branding is advantageous.
Ongoing training also will be provided throughout the year. Opportunities to attend
events with other owners and operators to share in best practices, resources and to
keep up to speed with the latest from the home office team.
The bizzie home office support team also will be available to help with any issues,
including ongoing IT support.
